International Bishops' Conference of Saints Cyril and Methodius

The International Bishops' Conference of Saints Cyril and Methodius (Serbian: Међународна бискупска конференција св. Ћирила и Методија, romanizedMeđunarodna biskupska konferencija sv. Ćirila i Metodija) is the Catholic episcopal conference that includes Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia together in a cross-border conference. Permanent members are the Catholic bishops and archbishops from the four countries. Beside the bishops of the Latin Church, it also includes bishops of the two Apostolic Exarchates for the Byzantine rite Catholics.

As of 2025, the Chairman of the Conference is the Archbishop of Belgrade László Német, since 2016. The conference is a member of the Council of European Bishops' Conferences.

Caritas organisations

The social arm of the different organisations fall under the responsibility of the different bishops. Every country has its own national Caritas organisation; in some countries the individual dioceses run their own local Caritas organisation. The national organisations are:
