It was not vandalism it is just making the article pop off the page and if the reader does not know what it is I put "the monkey" "🙉 " to make Sure people know what it is. Thank you Pop off!123456789 (talk) 18:22, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Using emojis is not standard practice on Wikipedia. Additionally, the section you are editing already includes a wikilink to Curious George, allowing readers to navigate to that page for more information if needed. --SimmeD (talk) 18:26, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see why people cant use emojis, emojis are a part of the new generation. Thank you Pop off!123456789 (talk) 18:28, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Emojis are a big part of how many people communicate today, but Wikipedia has guidelines to keep its articles consistent and professional. The goal is to provide clear, encyclopedic information that's easy for everyone to access and understand. Since emojis don't really fit the formal and neutral tone Wikipedia aims for, they're generally not used. --SimmeD (talk) 18:31, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
