"Islamic" terror is not a term used by the vast majority of RSs online and is near-absent in academia. The title also provokes considerable WP:LABEL concerns. This article should be moved to "Leaders of Islamist militant groups" or "leaders of Jihadist groups." Alternatively, if the current category title is maintained, a large number of the linked entries should be removed to address the WP:LABEL issue, since only a select number of named militant groups qualify as unanimously agreed upon terror entities.
