Leigh M. Hall is an independently published fiction novelist. Her work tends to be on the dark side of genres including thriller, mystery, and horror. She has been compared to writers such as Stephen King, Chuck Palahniuk, and Karen Slaughter. In 2023, Leigh won a Claymore award for Best Southern Gothic novel. She was also up for a Reader's Choice award that same year for Within These Walls, book one in a three-book serial killer series. The author grew up in Texas and currently resides in the Houston area with her husband and children.
