[edit]The County Engineers Association of California (CEAC) is a professional organization founded in 1914. It comprises county engineers, public works directors, county road commissioners, and other professional personnel from all 58 counties in California.
Purpose and Objectives
[edit]CEAC's primary purpose is to advance county engineering and management by providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information aimed at improving public service4. The organization's main objectives include:
