Loyang Villas is an estate of private properties in Loyang a town in Singapore with entrances at Old Tampines Road. The architecture is inspired by Peranakan architecture and has two streets in it namely Loyang Rise and Loyang View with Loyang Rise being larger. Loyang Villas features a park and a playground for ages 5-12 and the park is no smoking and that parking is an issue there. There are five types of layouts: dual entry, homes that come with attics, homes with basements, homes with a separate courtyard and homes with guest rooms and laundry rooms on the second floor. There is a childcare centre near a bus stop just outside of the estate. Stray cats walk around the area occasionally.
