Pramiverine is a spasmolytic and cholinolytic analgesic drug.[1][2][3][4][5]

Having the amino group located outside of a 6 membered piperidine is certainly less common, and this method does not involve mustards. Budipine/Prodipine are almost identical in this regard. SIR 117 is also based on the same gross structure and heavily relies on the same basic synthesis technique as outlined at Cutter Laboratories in the 1960’s. Lednicer himself made many butyrophenones out of this exocyclic cyclohexamine atypical outlay that is different from piperidine. For example, U-32,802A is evident.
