Sami Meister is a German-American musician based out of Massachusetts. His birth name is Samuel Christopher Meister, born in Darmstadt, he came to the United States at a young and relocated to Miami Florida. Sami Meister spent a majority of his early life in Miami, Florida with his family. Meister states he is from a diverse family background, his mother and her family originated in Brazil, and his father who came from a German family were very supportive through Meister’s life. He is the first grandson of Brazilian film producer Helena Solberg whom is based out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Meister is multilingual and speaks several languages including German, Portuguese, and Spanish. He performed with several music groups, including the Massachusetts based band The Hope-squad. Meister plays multiple instruments, primarily guitar. His most recent release is Move, released on august 15th, 2023. Meister has played in local bands for most of his career and has contributed session work under a private label out of Marlborough Massachusetts. Meister struggles with mental health issues, primarily Bipolar disorder but has stated that he is receiving treatment for it. Currently Meister resides in Lowell Massachusetts and records actively. Meister has yet to tour but works with a producer in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
