Comment: Sorry, but I do not find these references credible. When this draft was last declined, the 'Version Iteration' section was entirely supported by the SPSSAU website. Now the content is the same, but everything is suddenly supported by different sources? And scanning those sources, they all seem to be scientific papers about unrelated matters, not about the subject of this draft. My guess (and it is only that, given that the sources have been cited in a manner that makes them very difficult to check) is that they either make passing mentions of SPSSAU, or else are entirely hallucinatory.
