Tommi Juhani Laukkanen (born 1977) is a Finnish professor of business administration.

The University of Eastern Finland appointed him as a full tenured Professor of Marketing in 2012. Laukkanen serves as Vice Dean for Research at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies at the University of Eastern Finland. Laukkanen is an Adjunct Professor (docent) of Digital Consumer Behavior and Quantitative Market Research at the University of Helsinki.

Laukkanen has previously worked as a researcher and research manager at the University of Kuopio from 2001 to 2008, and as an acting professor of marketing at the University of Joensuu from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, the University of Kuopio and the University of Joensuu were merged to form the newly established University of Eastern Finland.

Laukkanen's academic research areas cover consumer behavior, especially in the digital environment, international marketing, marketing analytics, brand management, bank marketing, and sensory marketing. Quantitative research approach is the common denominator for most of his studies. He is an internationally networked researcher and has visited several international universities, such as Corvinus University of Budapest, RMIT University, University of Glasgow, Oregon State University, Loughborough University, Zhongnan University of Economics & Law, Vlerick Business School, University of New England, and Griffith University.

During his career, Laukkanen has received over 2 million euros in external research funding from, among others, the Academy of Finland, Business Finland (formerly Tekes), the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, and the Finnish Foundation for Economic Education. He has published extensively in the fields of marketing and information systems, and has been listed globally among the most cited scientists[1] since 2020.
