Ubong Donald Etiebet is a Nigerian politician and businessman from Akwa Ibom State. He served as a member of the House of Representatives, representing the Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency from 2003 to 2007 under the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP).^[1]
