Dylan Bachelet
Dylan Bachelet is a British pastry chef and fashion influencer.[1]
Early life and education
[edit]His mother is Indian of Gujarati descent, and his father is Japanese–Belgian.[2][3] Bachelet achieved four A*s at A-level and started a degree in biomedical engineering before dropping out to pursue a culinary career. Bachelet trained at Raymond Blanc's two Michelin starred Le Manoir in Oxfordshire.[1]
Career
[edit]Bachelet was a finalist on The Great British Bake Off at age 20,[4][5] and was thereafter recruited to be chef de partie at the Michelin-starred Five Fields in Chelsea, London.[6][7][8]
