Harsh Beniwal (born 13 February 1996) is an Indian YouTuber, actor and comedian from Delhi, India. He is also known for his role in the MX Player’s comedy drama Campus Diaries, where he played the role of Sudheer.[1]
Early life and education
[edit]Harsh was born on 13 February 1996, in New Delhi, India. He attended Maharaja Agrasen Model School in New Delhi, and later graduated from Shri Aurobindo College, New Delhi in Bachelors of Computer Applications (B.C.A.). He has started making content in 2015 by using websites such as Instagram and Dubsmash.[1][2]
Career
[edit]Harsh started making content in 2015 by using websites such as Instagram and Dubsmash. In the same year he started uploading a series of comical videos on Youtube, and focused on short video clips and vines. He has collaborated youtubers such as Bhuvan Bam, Ashish Chanchlani, CarryMinati, and others.
Acting career
[edit]In 2019 Harsh debuted with the film Student of the Year 2, where he played the role of Puggi.[3] The film was a sports romantic comedy film directed by Punit Malhotra. In the next year he acted in Who's Your Daddy?, a suspense, comedy and drama-based web television series directed by Chirag Arora, where he played the role of Soggy. Later, in 2021, he was seen in the miniseries Who Killed Jessica?, where he played the lead role called Lokesh. In 2022 he was seen in a series called Campus Diaries where he played the role of Sudheer bhaiyaa for which he has received the Best Performance in a Comic Role award at Spott Awards.[4][5] In 2024 harsh appeared in Heartbeats, medical drama series directed by Vikram Rai, where he played the lead role opposite Shivangi Joshi. The series is released on 29 November 2024 on MX Player.[6]
