Should we deleted the "Philippe Starck" website in the external links section?
[edit]In the external links section, I see the link to Homepage of Downtown by Philippe Starck. What's our policy on this sort of thing? On the one hand, it is a blatantly commercial website. On the other hand, I can think of ways in which a commercial website might be relevant for encyclopedic coverage of a page. (For example, if this were the website for the company that does ALL real estate transactions in 15 Broad Street.)
Thoughts? (I have to get back to my real job, and I might not be back here for a while.) Andrew Gradman talk/WP:Hornbook 03:38, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
- This is the website of 15 Broad Street, the condominiums are called "Downtown". It has interior images of the building as well as a press section with numerous news clippings on the history of the building, therefore it is relevant. Gryffindor (talk) 15:18, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
- Aha, I get it. It took me a while; I somehow missed the material in the article on Philippe Starck.
- I've added ===headers=== to the ==history== section. I found this to be a successful organization tool when I wrote the material at Graham Court#History. Andrew Gradman talk/WP:Hornbook 16:01, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
- Perfect, thanks alot. Gryffindor (talk) 16:09, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
