  • I notice your style is to include side-by-sides of Spanish quotes with their English translations. I am not sure that is necessary at every instance, e.g. the William Soriano quote.
  • the United States Army Corps of Engineers described the river's waters as "severely contaminated" and a "biohazard", and recommended that contact with the river water "should be avoided" Remove comma (WP:CINS)
