Self-promotion
[edit]This is not actually constructed like an article. It seems to have either been written by the politician himself, or taken from some part of his campaign website. All statements are written with a bias and are unsourced. It also fails to mention that he is the son of politician Henry Espy or the nephew of Mike Espy (former Clinton Secretary of Agriculture, and the first African-American to hold that post, and current US Senate candidate). Additionally Chuck served in the Mississippi House of Representatives for many years, and therefore should have a political info-box on his page. I am not an authority of this subject, or I would edit it myself.
