Odor
[edit]The odor is described as Oil of U. Rigida (oil of ulva rigida). This does not make sense. See http://www.thegoodscentscompany.com/gca/gc1593591.html, which gives an analysis of this oil. Note the presence of benzenethiazole, 2,3-butanediol, (E,Z)-2,4-decadien-1-al, among others, all which have a substantial odor compared to decane. Decane is most likely odorless.
