Notability, and reference improvemenets

This article was flagged by Rosguill with the refimprove and notability templates, which are reasonable. To address these I've:

Added the missing newspaper parameter for the Guardian reference. Not having that would have shown the link as not being from anywhere, so would have been easy to overlook.

Added a third review from the Boston Globe (initially hard because the original link no longer resolves).

Added forth review in the Goldmine magazine.

Removed the reference to John Pizzarelli's personal music page, and put in the External Links section.

The article now has sufficient references for verification, and to establish notability as per point 1 of Wikipedia:Notability (music)#Albums. Please leave comments here if you have further improvements.
