Uncredited/Unacknowledged use of melody?
[edit]Just an observation: why is it that David Guion, the early 20th century composer, isn't "called out" for his composition for the piano "Pastorale"? Listen to it: it is a clear copy of "Farewell to Tarwathie", at least to my ears. Arrangements are fine, but not when there is no indication of the original tune that is being arranged.
