Talk:Garrulus

Etymology
[edit]Is this article an appropriate place for the etymology? I'm guessing the etymology is as follows:
The Latin garrulus meaning "talkative", which comes from Latin garrire: "to chatter".
It seems likely but I've not read it anywhere so its typical wiki-unreliable if I just stick it in the article, which is why I'm rambling on about it here instead.Wk 85 (talk) 09:55, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
