Merger proposal
[edit]1. Immediate are primarily noteworthy because of their BBC licence. I suggest that the now-defunct BBC Magazines be merged here. 2. The now-defunct Magicalia forms a significant part of Immediate. I suggest that Magicalia be merged here. Polly Tunnel (talk) 12:14, 2 April 2014 (UTC) Done

Conflict of interest
[edit]As someone has tagged this article for potential conflict of interest (COI), I thought it might be useful to make some notes here for anyone who might be affected:
- COI editing involves contributing to Wikipedia about yourself, family, friends, clients, employers, or your financial or other relationships.
- COI editing is strongly discouraged. It undermines public confidence in Wikipedia, and risks causing public embarrassment to the individuals being promoted. If it causes disruption, accounts may be blocked.
- Editors with a COI may instead propose changes on this talk page and add a {{request edit}} template. They may also propose changes on the conflict-of-interest noticeboard. Note that the proposals may or may not be acted upon.
- Editors with a COI should disclose it on their user page and during any discussion about the topic. They can also make a statement in the edit summary of any COI contribution.
The notes above are not exhaustive. For further details, see the guidelines at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest.
