The GNIS page for the stream has a rather serious error stating the stream becomes a tributary of Bogart Creek about two miles south of Elkhorn in contradiction to the USGS topographic maps of the area. The topo maps are a reliable source and are preferred when the gnis folks get confused. Unfortunately not the first error - I've reported 3 or 4 to them previously.
