Biden is still scheduled to deliver a eulogy at the event. https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2025/01/06/jimmy-carter-national-day-of-mourning-dc-funeral/ I read somewhere that the Vatican trip will be on January 10, but can't find the article.
