The instructions on Personal Archiving were flagged as too close to a How-To description. Going to investigate the places like Wikiversity that could be better spots to put the How-To, and see if I can rework this section to be less instructional, more general information. I'm thinking that rephrasing would be a good start. "Techniques used for personal archiving include..." and then maybe some theory? Drop me a note to discuss.
