In the release notes of version 1148137439 from 09:06, 4. Apr. 2023, I referenced WP:BLPPRIVACY but did not replace the birth date with the birth year, referencing to their official website which includes it. Which version to prefer? Alossola (talk) 09:18, 4 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think that the international career of Rita Payés justifies this lemma, and I'm striving to meet the high standards.
Having read about "Too many irrelevant references may hide the relevant ones" in Common sourcing mistakes (notability), I took the effort to go through the references. I think that El Mundo, Enderrock, Ramon Llull are good, but I'm unsecure about Ara.cat and Treintayseis.
Oques Grasses may be too local(?), while I added C. Tangana + the Goya Awards, and Cosmopolitan is another good source. Still, "passing mention" may be an ongoing problem.
In general, less facts and less sources may be better(?)
Instead of deleting, I converted some parts to comments. Here they are for reference, and I spoiled the comment- and ref-tags to show the raw text:
<-- fact moved to next paragraph, no proof for the prize!
While still a teenager, Payés recorded two records with Chamorro, and in 2015 was awarded the Enderrock prize for best jazz work.<.ref name="Lua Amarela">"Lua Amarela". Jazz to Jazz. Retrieved 2023-04-07.</ref> -->
Here, there's no proof for their visits to these countries, and the reference misses "Greece". "including" in the text may nod to these.
@Alossola your tone is promotional, perhaps because you are writing as fan but you need to only stick to what reputable sources say about her/her work without editorializing. I have cleaned it up now twice so please be mindful as the tone may impact whether the draft is accepted. Read through WP:WTW for some guidance. S0091 (talk) 18:46, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@S0091 Thanks again for your helping hints, and kudos for your time and effort! The 5M views were but an afterthought of what I originally had in mind, and by your remark, I learn about "don't create contents". Furthermore, I see what you mean in the other corrections. It's almost like forgetting what I know and wait to find this information in the sources. Puh! Improving step by step... Alossola (talk) 20:52, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Alossola if you want to draft reviewed again click the blue "Resubmit" button at the end of the decline message. I think it stands a decent chance of being accepted. S0091 (talk) 16:24, 14 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
