This article deals as much with 'reliability' of water supply, than with 'sustainability' as this word is currently used. It also focusses on issues in the developing economies. I am considering moving this article to "Urban water supply in developing countries"--Greenmaven (talk) 01:23, 12 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
