Updated Facts and Added Opinion
[edit]I have summarized the facts, and started working on the opinion. I don't have a diverse range of citations however not many secondary sources discuss this matter extensively. The NorthWestern law journal article does seem to be more critical of the opinion and how it doesn't specifically differentiate from Grady. But I am trying not to focus on the criticism of the opinion yet, but flush out the opinion more and how it reverts back to the Blockburger case. If someone wants to provide more context with the opinion that would be helpful. Amicuswiki07 (talk) 02:57, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
