Tamara Paranaguá do Carmo (born May 12, 2003), commonly known as Tamara Bolt, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Washington Spirit of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).

Born in Salvador,[1] Bolt played for EC Bahia's youth side before joining Internacional in September 2021.[2] She featured for the club at right back or winger for three seasons starting in 2022, making 88 appearances with 10 goals with 15 assists, and winning two Gauchão titles and one Ladies Cup [pt].[1][3]

The Washington Spirit announced Bolt's signing on a one-year deal with options for two additional years on January 9, 2025.[4]

Personal life

Bolt is nicknamed after the Jamaican champion sprinter Usain Bolt.[1]
