Doug Barron is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour Champions and has played on the PGA Tour. Barron has won three tournaments on the PGA Tour Champions, including one major championship, the 2024 Tradition.

Biography

Barron, who is from Memphis, Tennessee, attended Mississippi State University and played for the school's golf team, graduating in 1992.^[1] He first became a professional golfer that year, and ultimately reached the PGA Tour, playing in 238 tournaments during his career. He did not post a victory on the circuit, though he did have five top-five results and 12 top-10 finishes in over 200 events played.^[2] He also made more than appearances on the PGA's developmental tour.^[2]
