General Petroleum GmbH or GP Lubricants, is a German manufacturer of Lubricants based in Frankfurt, Germany.

General Petroleum GmbH was founded in late 90's as General Lubricants but at the same time the company secured the trademarks for all their GP Brands. (2^[1])

Germany Petroleum GmbH owns GP FZE Plants and Terminal in Hamriya Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE with another Blending and Packaging Plant in Tanzania and Uganda.^[1]
