Please help me with... I came across the below error while trying to resubmit a declined draft. Need help to address it.

The information for dealing with this issue is explained in the text you just copied. Basically, don't use the blacklisted URL that they listed. If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, or Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance.
