This draft reads like an advertisement, but Wikipedia is not for advertising.

The second sentence "As of January 2020, he is the most followed pastry personality in the world on social media, his famous online video tutorials or his very intriguing creations are shared by thousands of people every day and he became quickly a reference/inspiration for many pastry chefs in hotels and restaurants all around the world" is a good illustration of what should not be in the voice of Wikipedia.
