Donald Trump, the 47th president of the United States, will address a joint session of the United States Congress on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.[1] It will be his fifth public address before a joint session. Similar to a State of the Union Address, it will be delivered before the 119th United States Congress in the Chamber of the House of Representatives in the United States Capitol. Presiding over this joint session will be the House speaker, Mike Johnson, accompanied by JD Vance, the vice president in his capacity as the president of the Senate.
