[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to DALL-E. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Belbury (talk) 11:40, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- Hello Belbury I have admitted my error to myself, and I extend my gratitude for bringing it to my attention. I consistently endeavor to make modest contributions to Wikipedia, adhering strictly to its established regulations. I will exercise caution by refraining from incorporating unverified or inappropriate links. On certain occasions, citations may be absent from specific websites. My objective remains aligned with the principles set forth by Wikipedia's guidelines. Your assistance is greatly appreciated, and I assure you of my continued vigilance in the future. - You added the same myelectricsparks.com site to a bunch of articles, please don't do that again. Belbury (talk) 11:59, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- sure thank you Aizaz.bahria (talk) 12:00, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- Belbury, I undertook comprehensive research and incorporated links within Wikipedia as a facet of my contribution. I am cognizant of Wikipedia's implementation of a 'nofollow' attribute to links, indicating that linking does not yield direct advantages. Is it thus to be inferred that the considerable effort I invested in research has been rendered futile? Have the links I diligently included, grounded in my scholarly investigation, been expunged? Aizaz.bahria (talk) 12:12, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- in simple words Does this mean that all the effort I put into research has gone to waste? Have the links I added, based on my research, been deleted? Aizaz.bahria (talk) 12:14, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- You added the same myelectricsparks.com site to a bunch of articles, please don't do that again. Belbury (talk) 11:59, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Android 12. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Yes, your efforts to add myelectricsparks.com links to Wikipedia are in vain, you will be blocked if you continue them. Belbury (talk) 12:31, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- sure thank you will not do that Aizaz.bahria (talk) 12:34, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Albert3306 (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. Belbury (talk) 17:34, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
